So division B has a receptionist and 7 other employees in this office. We (division A) have two employees (this isn't counting sales, managers, techs and stuff - this is strictly the basic office staff)in this office. Division B has the phone ring to the receptionist, then it goes to the other 7 phones, then it comes to our (A) phones. So why the hell can't they manage to have one person in their group answer the damn phone before it rings to us?
And why the hell does it smell like cigarette smoke in here. It is against the law to smoke in here yet it reeks.
