The Invisible Manager

This is my direct manager. He works out of our Ohio office and I rarely see him. I do talk to him occasionally. He can be nice but can be a total dick too. He totally shows favoritism towards the SA (scheduling administrator) our of the Ohio office - she can come and go as she pleases, but still get paid for it. Oh, and he is known for pulling some shady stuff when it comes to our money intake (like not commisioning things correctly - well, making us not commission things correctly). He has specifically told me that I am not to go to corporate for anything because they don't understand how things work in the field. So even if he goes against what corporate wants us to do, I can't go to corporate because well, he finds out and I get in trouble.
